Suzvoy has taken episode 510 and turned it on its head! Everything is canon except one thing... Take a read and see how Brian is Brian and yet grows and learns how to love - mamaduck
This story is a serious AU, based on episode 510. Knowledge of this would be a distinct advantage, and if you haven't seen it then this fic could be considered a big ol' spoiler for what happens in said ep.
I would like to offer you a solution to the mishap (of course this is a matter of opinion) that the producers of QAF called Season 5. This is my version of what caused the Season. It is a What If. I hope you will enjoy it. I promise the ending will be nothing like our last scene during the actual show.
I wish to thank my dear friend, Judy for her beta skills, and my dear Granddaughter, Amy for the lovely banner.
Both Brian and Justin stress out about confessing their sins…
Justin reflects on all his mistakes since coming home from Hollywood…
What if Brian and Justin hadn't moved so fast after the bombing? What if they had talked things over and began a more open relationship? Would Lindsay have had the same success in making them part ways? Or would they have stayed together?
This piece began in March sometime as I was finishing Chapter 42 of BYBR. It's a standalone season 5 gap-filler; I suppose it fits somewhere between episodes 503 and 507.
Brian may not be able to say "I love you" in words, but then again, as they say, actions speak much louder. Now if Justin can just learn to read them . . .
He gets the egg from a client a month after the campaign goes multinational.
Brian gets fed up with Justin's desire for all that romantic crap and decides to give him what he thinks he wants, only to have his plans backfire. Now it's time for a new plan. Alternate ending to the series finale.
A short, fluff-filled one-shot about Brian's reaction to his first white hairs.
Sometimes Hunter felt like he was dead, sent to some version of Hell for stealing, for tricking, for ditching school, or for just being born. But his heart beating in his chest, sometimes at a slow and steady beat, sometimes at a rapid and panicked pace...It was that alone that made him realize he wasn't in Hell after all. This city, as shitty as it was to him, was his reality.
