Hey! That's great that you could see your family and spend some time with them. I've never been to a "Schützenfest". But I also don't think that would be something for me. I'm glad that we hardly ever celebrate carnival here in Berlin or have a meadow festival like in Munich. It's not really my thing.

Gosh, it's really scary what's happening in America right now. I read that this Clarence Thomas would like to abolish other rights... it was about contraception and about same sex marriage. It's so horrible because it is just about the arbitrariness of these judges and not about what the majority of the people wants. It's so scary.

So now to your story. Thanks for another story in your wonderful saga! As always, very well written! I find it very, very sad how Mel acted (I've wrote it before that I actually liked her - a lot more, a thousand times more than Michael and Lindsay anyway) but ultimately, as you write, it's her loss because she is the one who is alone while Jenny has so many loving people around her, who care of her and love her. You mentioned that you're writing for a different fandom at the moment. I wish you lots of fun and success there, but I also hope that we will read something from you again sometime! All the best for you, stay healthy and hopefully we hear or read from you in the future! Warmest regards!

Author's Response:

Haha, I hate carnival :P I really don't have the energy for all these "typical" German things. I am so not made for them... But the things we do for family lol

I am sooooo glad to be living in Western Europe, where thankfully, things are moving in a completely different direction for most parts (ignoring the UK and their stupid Brexit)!

I am glad that you liked this story :) Thanks for all your comments - they really mean a lot!

It is true, my interest has shifted away from Queer as Folk recently and I have just finished my fourth story in the White Collar universe and am writing my fifth (the muse is really on fire there), but I have one more Brian/Justin story in my files that I finished before my interests shifted. It's not from the Back for Good universe, but another original story.

I still have to finish editing it, so it will take another couple of weeks before it will be ready to be posted, but I promise that I will be back to share it as well :)

And who knows? Maybe somewhere down the lines my love for Brian and Justin will get reignited with the muse and I'll write something new. Never say never!

Wonderful story.

There was nothing left for Jenny to wish for. All the people in the room celebrating with her made all her wishes and hopes already come true.

Good ending. Whatever happened to Lindsay? Is she still in prison? Will there be more?

Author's Response:

Luke is 15 in this story, Lindsay was sentenced to 17 years in prison when he was about 1 year old, so yeah, she would still be in prison.

As of now, there are no plans for more, as my interests have shifted to another fandom in recent months, but who knows what the muse decides down the line ;)

Thanks for your comments - they really meant a lot :)
