I think maybe Nancy might have had her hand in this too it just doesn't seem possible Ron would do all of this and Nancy not be pulling the strings along with Lindsay.
Was Craig really Lindsay's only lover since Charles wouldn't touch her without radiation equipment and a hazmat suit?
Lindsay normally has one for convenience and one for protection, so is there someone who has some more insight into Lindsay and wants to settle a score with their conniving ex?
Michael and Lindsay sprouted for years they new Brian Kinney backwards and forwards, and yet they are surprised Brian isn't running to the rescue? smh

Just read your response to 'sophiesmom', review. I know you have so many Plot ideas for this story, and the intricate patterns they weave, then you come out and say, "Brian and Justin play a role in this... even if they are not aware of it." Wow- just - Wow! Is that the piece of puzzle Justin is missing? Trying to figure out how Mel, Brian, and Justin are going to get Lindsay to talk after their visit. Won't she be tight-lipped after their first conversation? Can her sessions be taped too? Waiting anxiously for another chapter and hopefully some new insight. LOVE THIS STORY!

I'm just starting a new job (full time) I also have a psrt time job, adn in between, I'm helping my previous boss shut down her business. Needless to say, time is at a minimun these days. So excited about this story. You know I love your writing and look forward to all your updates, but I'm thrilled that this will be done all at once.
I love the first chapter. The fact that they are going to try monogamy is very telling about Brian's feelings regarding their relationship.

Wow. How well do they really know each other.
It's a shame Justin feels that he can't say what he wants for fear of Brian's reaction. What's really a shame is that Brian knows it.
Lindsay and Michael have no time for Brian when he can't do anything for them. Lindsay can't get money, Michael has to pay for drinks himself. Pity.
I'm surprised he heard from Mel willing to help if she can. Em, always there willing to help anyway he can. Love him.
Mothers and a father whom love their sons do what they can. Hence the food and computer and internet service.
Can't wait to see Justin's reaction to Brian's latest bomb.

Hey Sherry,
I think Justin's reluctance to speak his mind is really going to change throughout the course of this fic. Brian's asking for utter and complete honesty, so he has to be prepared for what giving Justin carte blanche to say what he really thinks and feels really means. I think they will both be surprised at the revelations revealed going forward.
Michael and Lindsay are both moochers in the extreme. It always bothered me that when things were going great, they never seemed to even think of Brian, and therefore Justin. But the minute things took a wrong turn in their lives, he was sought out to put things to right. A lot of my work includes things- or more accurately, possible scenarios- that we didn't see when the cameras stopped rolling on the series. For example, i don't bit more believe that in Season 1, Mel would have left Lindsay without funds for the bills, or even Gus' daycare. She just never seemed that type of person to me, especially knowing that without her in the household, Lindsay would need to return to work sooner than her five year plan. It just didn't make sense for her to ask that of Brian, especially after the whole rights issue. But I digress; we're talking this Alternate Canon universe...LOL

LMAO, Shine! We have my three year old great nephew visiting so we're using the alternative cuss words A LOT! Brian has grown in so many ways during his and Justin's hiatus. It's going to be wonderful for me to portray that here.

Hey Claire, Yep! Things are definitely progressing between Brian and Justin. Both have grown during their hiatus and have come back together a little wiser about what they want and how to get it. Now that's a major ending to this chapter and something I don't think Justin was expecting. The next chapter should be inlightening. It's a shame that his so-called 'friends' haven't checked with Brian except to take from him, in Michael's case.

No Justin definitely wasn't expecting that. Believe it or not, neither was I until it flew out of my fingers, LOL. Brian is going to discover- or should I say actually have to face- the reality of what his so called best friends are really like. One, I'm already sure there aren't any redeeming qualities for. Michael and I...well most likely, beyond MMTK, he and I will probably never see eye-to-eye, and he was killed off there...LOL I can honestly say it's the only time my heart bled for him at least a little. But Lindsay, and a few others, remain my wildcards so far. There's no telling what they are going to do yet.
I'm really happy that I'm writing this one. I miss the others, but I think this going to be a great way to get back to my HAPPY place! At my desk and within the world of my characters!
