Ahh, sorry, I'm not NEARLY as confused as I was in the last chapter. This kind of cleared up that confusion. But, shortly before Daphne pointed out that Justin was seeing through someone else's eyes, that thought entered my mind.
I have two people in mind for who Justin is channeling. And I think it's because he has a connection with Brian that he's seeing Gus and feeling the hostility.
Brian noticing him, and asking, “What are YOU doing here?” makes me go back to what I have commented on a couple of times already... I think on some level Brian's aware of Justin's emphatic ability and it's why no matter what Justin tried, Brian ignored him at every turn.
I see you have a new banner. I, personally, like the other one better. One reason is that this one depicts a twenty-two-year-old Justin instead of seventeen, and a five-year-old Gus, instead of a baby.
Looking forward to more.

OK, so I had originally posted my thoughts on what the hell was going on... but after some thought, I figured it was probably better to keep my guesses to myself... so as not to ruin anything in the off-chance I was correct. Much more fun to let the wonderful words reveal their secrets in due time.
So very happy to see the update though! Don't know if I can be as patient waiting for the next installment, LOL!

Totally confused, but starting to get some ideas I will keep to myself. I have to see how I do. As usual, Tag, the writing is amazing. I don't know how you do it, but, you do it well.
