A lot of readers were suspicious of Heather, and now they know how right they were. Unfortunately, Gus and Jason wanted to be parents so badly that they didn't notice the red flags. But, there is no way that the entire family will allow anyone to get away with stealing one of their own from them. They'll do whatever it takes to reunite the twins. Yikes, I knew Heather was up to something this entire time but I thought somehow she would renege on the deal and try to keep the babies, meaning she would be staying until a court case determined custody. Instead she is stealing away with Gus's son like a thief in the night and we now know this was her primary objective - it was always too good to be true :-(

Sadly, the strong desire to become parents overshadowed the warning signs for Gus and Jason. Their trust has been betrayed in the worst way possible. Heather had already signed over her rights to the boys, so she is now guilty of kidnapping. I can promise you that the entire family will never give up on finding her and the baby until the twins are reunited. The next chapter will reveal the story behind Heather's actions in full.
