This is a song fic inspired by Lifehouse's song "Yesterday's Son." It's gap filler, and a peek inside Brian Kinney's head through several key story arcs in the course of the show's five seasons.

I was inspired by an old song of a favorite group of mine from the past named Peaches and Herb.  The words of this song made me think of how our boys would feel after being separated for a whole month....Justin in New York and Brian in the Pitts.  Hope you enjoy their thoughts as they work it all out.  I owe a debt of gratitude to Eka for the banner and Pat for her beta skills.  Thank you so much girls.

This story is based on the words of the old Peter, Paul, and Mary song, 'Some Walls'.  In the story, Brian reflects back on the walls he had built up around his heart as he takes that final step in tearing the walls down when he proposes one last time to the man he loves and receives the answer he was looking for.  Many thanks to Eka for the wonderful banner and Pat for doing beta work for me.

A little fic to the Bruno Mars Song “When I Was Your Man”

An AU where Brian and Justin meet in college.  

I spent my weekend listening to songs, and one in particular...Adele's 'Rolling in the Deep' inspired this story.  A line from the song mentions the scars of your love and ends with 'We could have had it all'.  Like with so many other songs, I ended up thinking of Brian and Justin.  In this story, Justin has been in NYC for a year and become a great success in the artistic community.  The only problem is, he misses Brian too much to enjoy all the accolades.  He decides to send Brian a message and hopes to get the response he is praying for.  Will he?  I must thank Judy for her Beta skills and my darling Granddaughter, Marika, for providing the perfect banner to tell the story.  I love you guys dearly.

This is a songfic that was inspired by a wonderful video made by Steph on YouTube so I am dedicating this story to her. She used the song and I couldn't get the image of Brian and Justin as they parted in that final scene of the series when Brian and Justin went their separate ways out of my head. To live with him, whilst stealing away to someone else, then returning home as if nothing had happened? Brian had never felt so betrayed, full of rage, and painfully manipulated in his life.

I don't usually write anything from a “What If” perspective. I tend to leave canon be and work with what we were given…no matter how much it hurt. But, I was listening to the song “And So It Goes” by Billy Joel, and I realized it sounded a lot like what I think might have been going through Brian’s mind during this time frame. It also reminded me of a drabble I wrote a while ago titled, "The Perfect Silence" which ends up being included in this piece as well. Sometimes something small can change everything…sometimes not. I still don’t know if this would have altered Justin’s decision…it may have just been too late by then anyway. You decide.

Another SONG FIC from my warped brain. I'm not one usually to jump on bandwagons, but with all the RPS fics cropping up, I spent a boring evening banging this one out. So... hops on Done from first person POV of none other than Randy Harrison! Total Fic!

Justin is painting in his Britin studio when one of his favorite Prince songs comes on the radio. As he often does while listening to music, Justin starts to apply the song to Brian.

Takes place after Justin leaves the loft after returning Brian’s bracelet in episode 3.4. While Brian is high and listening to music alone in the loft, he begins to miss his Sunshine.
