I love Jennifer, and I loved her so much in this chapter. I wish there were more stories where she sees how wonderful Brian is for her son hehe. Seriously though, I am glad she sees that although his action speaks louder than words, he has gotten better at talking.
Justin at the end about making new memories made me smile so much, I want to hug him

This chapter made me smile so much. Jen is such a warm and loving mom, just what both boys need. I was so relieved that he was happy to see her in town. And that he liked what they did to his paintings. And I can so see Jen looking up disabled artists haha.
The idea of that impromptu photo shoot makes my heart sing.

A relook at what's happened through Jennifer's eyes. Maybe her being their helped.

GReat update. So glad Jennifer came to New York. Maybe Justin is ready to try to figure how his art can be a part of him. Jennifer and Brian coming to Justin's studio and cleaning it up was great. Loved the bonding between them. Glad that things seem to be moving forward for everyone.
Author's Response:
Justin is definitely working on trying to get art figured out -- it's just hard. And it was fun writing Brian and Jen! I'm glad you liked the chapter.

Fantastic chapter. Love the relationship that developed between Jennifer & Brian. Hope Justin will continue to see improvement.
Author's Response:
Thanks...me too. :) She’s a good second “real” mother to him, alongside Debbie.

It's great to have Jennifer's POV on both major events in Justin's life (and Brian's as well).
I always admired her after she left Craig and started to live on her own terms and when she realized that Brian wasn't that bad for her son.
Author's Response:
Thanks :) We haven’t heard from her yet in this verse, and I thought her perspective might be interesting. I love the character. She’s a strong woman, who raised a strong young man.
