Author's Response: Yeah, Brian is acting very mysterious, but hopefully he'll let us into his mind soon. Justin's muse has definitely vanished, and for the most part, it's definitely because he didn't have Brian by his side. It was definitely time for Justin to confront Brian and get the answers he so desperately needs. It's definitely going to be a tough chapter, I can tell you that. But it's necessary. The unknown painting has piqued my interest. I had this niggling in the back of my brain, thinking that somehow it's something Justin did. With how mysterious Brian is, not giving any clues... I just don't know.
Justin couldn't create anymore. Maybe because his muse vanished. He never got to say goodbye. He just lost interest.
In a way, I'm glad Justin laid all those questions out in the open, because until they clear the air, they can't move forward. (Out with the old and in with the new.)
The next chapter has me wondering if it will be a tough chapter. I hope they lay everything out on the table, get rid of it, and then it will be on to the new relationship.
Why do I fear Brian's situation is going to go deeper than we expect?
