So, the Kinnetik family is getting in place. Poor Ted... I'm not surprised the CFO postion seemed like a joke at first. I thought of that at one time, but then I remembered the last we heard, he was still at Wertshafter's.
I really wish Debbie would back off. If she can't see the things Brian has already done for/with Justin? Just that dinner at Papagano's should prove something to her.. When has Brian ever wined and dined someone who wasn't a client? He certainly never did that for her son... SMH... She irritates me so much.
Hugs, Cathy

I agree with Justin. 'Fuck all Brian's so-called friends' Justin's sure to get the job because he's good. Now Ted and Cynthia are there KinnitiK is sure to go far.
Author's Response: Brian's "friends" are so often the source of the problem.

The interactions between Brian and Justin are really great; same as the one with Ted, in another style.
Debbie should shut her damn mouth; she thinks she's protecting Justin, but she's hurting Brian because she can't see he has changed.
I always loved how Justin won't beg for money or support to Brian; he tries to be independant, at least for money; as for feelings, that's another topic!
Author's Response: I always thought Justin was independent and wanted to do things on his own.
