Even if they know each other so well, they sure miss hints from time to time.

Difficult chapter: Debbie is not totally right and not totally wrong; Brian is so focused on Justin that he forgot the other member of the gang.
Brian is right, the gang isn't making lots of efforts to communicate with Justin.
In the end, what only matters is that Brian and Justin communicate their own way.

Not sure about the nurses as the one working during the night might not have been able to talk to Justin.
Craig is as bitter as ever, but he was quite neutral towards Brian, for once. He is sure his son will be able to work at school with his hearing aid.
Justin is right about knowing he might get this disease: if there is no way to prevent it, it's better to deal with it once it appears, instead of worrying for months/years before.
