Well, I finally got around to reading this. My depression has kept me from doing too much.
I loved this. I don't see how people can't understand under all that gruff exterior, Brian is a true romantic with Justin. And he can't give flowers because of allergies. But he could take the time and turn one of their great and significant moments into a lovely replay, and saying all he right words.
And an extra hour to play around... after a breather, of course.

Brian is just as much of a romantic as Justin; he just expresses it differently most of the time - except for moments like this. Secure and happy, he can let go with his partner and say exactly what he feels :)
"Breather? Who needs a breather?" Brian wants to know.
"Me," Justin responds.
"Well, in that case..." Brian spoons Justin from behind and nuzzles the sensitive skin beneath his lover's ear.

That's the most logical response, lolol. The other one would be those who don't like toppy Justin - in particular, can't imagine him ever topping Brian. (They do exist, despite the scene in 2.14 that shows it happened at least once. Far more, IMO, just off-screen.)
