Brian is so impatient to find Justin that he almost begged Lindsay for the address.

Who were the noisy teens?

Excellent!!!

It started very dark and desperate but ended with a big smile and relief.

Well done!

Good to read that Justin finally remembered that night.

One more panic attack and no bracelet on the wrist.

Is the fading image one of the bracelet on Brian's wrist?

Yee Haw indeed!!!

I loved the whole chapter, but you got me with "I want you to remember ME" because Brian knows that it won't be the case.

This is genius: using the GLC show to allow Brian to see the paintings and find out the one he got via the sexmailer is not the first one that has been drawn.

He needs to know if Justin is present and to meet him; only, Justin has absolutely no idea who Brian is. And then, Brian finally finds out the color of Justin' eyes, hair; needless to talk about the smile...

Ha ha ha... Justin and his needy little ass! What an understatement! I guess we will have some more of that later on (one can hope).

Brian and his son: so much left unsaid in the series, but all the moments Brian held Gus in S1 were overwhelming. I don't know if it was Gale's acting or Gale's true self or both, but it added to the charm oozing from the images (the scene in the kitchen while he waits for his delivery before his father shows up - "Gus, think nipple. Think cock. Whatever get you there"). But, I digress.

Hilarious!!!

Poor Justin, he was ready to pass out for being over stimulated, to avoid not following the instructions.

About these, I forgot to tell how funny it was to have Brian writing them at the diner.

Too bad Justin wasn't able to realize Brian is a dad now.

I love how they feel each other and know when something is wrong. Loved also Brian's brainstorming for naming their exchanges.

The comments of Justin on the sex toys catalogue were very funny. The fact that Justin can choose something that doesn't even exist on Brian's time is really tricky. Same for the mail from the future that Brian gets via Justin.

Michael is as nosy and whiny as ever... and Emmett always ready for a good gossip... Where is Ted with his witty remarks?

This is such a sad, but heartwaming, chapter! Brian wondering where his friend (imagine! a *real* *unreal* friend!) is, opening himself up in a way he could never, ever do in real life. Six pages of handwritten Brian thoughts! Oh, my.

I had forgotten how heart-felt all this was.

Author's Response:

Thanks, Roni - I always thought that Brian would be more likely to open up when he wouldn't have to 'face' the consequences of revealing his feelings. Hence, the letters and the way they let him be himself wihtout feeling the expectations of the person listening to him. It would give him more freedom. He wouldn't be watching every single word to make sure he wasn't being rejected for it. Or, at least, that's what I was going with here. Glad you're liking it. Thanks for reading (again). TAG

So funny how Justin's resolution for shopping went to the drain when he finally saw Brian's best asset. What would I give to see the picture...

The description itself was hot as hell. Yes, Brian is gorgeous and he's not shy about it.

I loved the note that was with the pictures.

Nice to have some time with Daphne.

The gift is a very good way for Brian to show he cares about Justin and also an incentive for him to paint which he's not very motivated to do.

First meeting with the gang, at least 3 of them. Is Brian secluded in his new location or is he at work or ...?

Author's Response:

Or. It's definitely the 'or' choice. LOL. TAG

I think guessed who the good Samaritan was and why Justin thinks he never met Brian.

Big twist indeed.

To add some more attraction, Justin just found the idea to help Brian on his campaign.

I love this story!

Author's Response:

No fair - you've seen the movie so you had a lot of clues guessing about my Good Samaritan! LOL. Glad you like my version though. Thanks for reading. TAG

This dream... Almost real.

I took a cold shower instead of the warm I planned to take.

Is it because of the letter or the bracelet that Justin is so sensitive to his landlord? Both maybe?

Brian is so worried he almost became too talkative. At least, he didn't destroy his letter.

How will Justin react? Will he explain what happened?

Weird chapter. Justin has huge problems linked to the bashing.

Maybe this episode was harder because the bracelet wasn't on his wrist.

The worse is that he missed Brian.

Author's Response:

Ooooo - you caught onto the bracelet thing! Love it! Not many people seem to get that little part. I'm thrilled. TAG

I could just imagine Brian's face discovering the drawing.

It's so rare for him to really laugh, and this was so primal as a reaction.

Justin isn't shy either.

Great chapter!!!

Delicious dialogue between these two strangers. So happy they resume their exchanges.

I loved Brian's comment: "you show me yours..."

Date: Aug 26, 2016 5:36 pm Title: Chapter 9 - Meanwhile, Back At the Ranch . . .

I get why Justin left the lobby while "discussing" with Brian.

Fortunately, he found some personal information. Now, he knows Brian is not a troll...

Hot and efficient!

Poor Brian, completely focused on his mailbox... and maybe on his tenant.

Date: Aug 26, 2016 5:06 pm Title: Chapter 7 - Resigning Oneself to The Impossible. (August 7)

Some interesting facts/information here:

- Justin now knows Brian is gay and not shy about it

- Justin can talk about the bashing but not about the effects

- Justin had won a trial against Chris, which is why he's autonomous

Hilarious!

They both think they are headed to the psych yard. At least, they see the same phenomenon.

Now they know they are not in the same year, they will have to communicate what else they know (the new address of Brian for exemple).

-------

Yes, I read fast, especially when I love the story line.

Date: Aug 26, 2016 4:30 pm Title: Chapter 5 - The Mailbox (August 7, 2001)

The reply from Brian was so typical: short, to the point with a few "fuck" to put some weight to his anger.

Poor Justin, his initial opinion will be tarnished after that.

The strange function of the mailbox is visible: excellent!

Excellent beginning of the chapter with some cannon lines.

I could see Brian's expression while he read the letter ("what the fuck?" style).

Author's Response:

Boy you read fast! LOL. Glad you're liking it so far! TAG

Justin is starting to get in the loft's mood and to imagine what Brian does look like.

I love the handprints in the kitchen.

The exchange of letters begins, let's see what he will get in return.

Date: Aug 26, 2016 3:44 pm Title: Chapter 2 - Welcome (August 5, 2001)

So many important things here:

- the bracelet which has an effect on his attack

- the letter, hand written, with a light remain of perfume, with a meaningful content

- the condoms box

- the angst to go out

- the envy to meet Brian

Can't wait to read the next chapter
