I think that is code for Uncle Michael is with them. LOL... It's terrible that kids can pick that up.

I like that Gus thought of JR and Ben. Maybe that will help Michael's temper.

I can not believe Michael is STILL trying to put blame on, not only Justin, but now Brian. So what if Brian's buying stuff for Gus? He's Gus' father. Why does Michael think Brian should okay a gift for Gus to him? That's just hogwash. Are Mel and Lindsay suppose to okay gifts with Michael for JR? This man needs his head rewired.

Pray tell, Brian and Justin didn't need help in Florida, so why would they need help in Chicago? Besides, Michael wouldn't have wanted to go to the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Shedd Aquarium. I can see him saying he'd rather stay at the hotel, and for them to go. I'm glad to see that he isn't gaining any support and sympathy.

I wish Brian had told Michael that he wasn't paying for the fun things in Chicago and that Justin makes five figures per painting.

Gus having a crush on Daphne is cute. Let's just hope that when Gus is a teenager, he'll find that other girls are more exciting than Daphne. Hmm... I wonder if Brian is aware of Gus' crush.

Geez, every chapter has more stupid Michael.

Why does Michael think they should make decisions together on how to deal with the kids? He's JR's father, and Brian is Gus'. They each raise them how THEY want to raise their kids. Brian doesn't need Michael's support in making decisions for Gus.

I chuckled when Michael thought they should go together, and Brian told him to buy a ticket.

Then Father of the Year - NOT - forgets his kid. 

This will give Michael a break, and he won't have to entertain JR.

I think Brian should have STRESSED to Michael that was a missed opportunity to spend the day with his daughter, doing what she wanted to do. He can't take a hint, so you have to get right in his face and tell him, just the way you would a three-year-old. 

Now, why do I have the feeling that Michael will explode when he finds out everyone was at the science and art fair?

I'm glad Brian is seeking partial custody. I like the planned trip to Florida. I hope Mel will relent and do the right thing for Gus. I know it's going to have to be stressed that Brian isn't going to try and take Gus away. He just needs a backup plan - so to speak.

One thing bothered me in this chapter, Ben - should not have - given Michael the credit for the sketch pad. He should have simply said Justin had extras. Michael didn't deserve the credit, when he was so opposed to it.

I'm glad the kids had a fun, laid-back day.

Lots of introspection of Debbie's thoughts. I think she was correct on all accounts.

So Michael is already getting pissy about Justin taking JR. Maybe he should offer to sit on the floor and play Barbie with her.

I think fireworks will fly when Brian talks to Michael. Then the kids will be back to where the fighting and yelling started.

I wish Michael had called Brian and tattled on Justin about the barbecue. ;)

I feel for Theresa. She must have a massive crush on Justin. As long as Brian keeps his tongue in place, just let it go.

The back area full in the SUV, makes me nervous too.

Hopefully, Lindsay and Mel will make leaps and bounds. Their first session seemed good.

Definitely not a good situation. At least the kids will be away from them for a few months. The main thing that bothers me is Mel insisting that Justin has to have control over Gus. It's like: Why? What's wrong with Brian? Can't she see Brian loves Gus? She needs her attitude to drastically change toward Brian if this family can heal.
