Really liking your John character. He doesn't pose any kind of threat to Brian and Justin's relationship. He's definitely supportive and I think he won't put up with any of Michael's crap either. If Michael says anything, he, like Justin, will put Michael in his place.

Speaking of Michael......is he actually growing up? He's deferring to Justin in a way I didn't think possible. Will he continue to put Jenny's needs first, ahead of his disdain for Justin? I guess we'll have to wait and see. As usual he has to put his 2 cents worth in, making that comment about Briand and John's history, but Justin is secure. He understands that Brian will have had history with men in teh past 12 years, just like he has.

I'm interested to see what happens when they go to New York. Will Michael go as well? Will he try to insinuate himself there since Jenny is going? What will happen with Ben? Wow....all kinds of scenarios are going through my mind. Will Brian and Ben bury the hatchet? (preferably not into each other) Will John and Ben hook up? What will Michael's reaction be if they do?

So looking forward to the next update!!

ahhhh, I feel better now that the boys have at least talked... 

I really hate Michael, Mel and Lindsay right now.  Michael for being a jealous bitch, Mel for being a hateful, jealous shrew, and Lindsay for being weak and letting the others get away with it... some friend!

Ok, so I've started this and am hooked instantly... all of this is misunderstanding between Justin and Brian and I hope they can work thru it quickly and deal with everything else TOGETHER... they are always stronger together!

Thanks for the update.  I'm liking John.  He seems like a nice enough guy.  I do hope he just stays as a friend and doesn't try to come between Brian and Justin.

 

Loved that Brian bottomed for Justin. :)

I like the idea of John coming into the picture. I'm sure Michael will use him to try to undermine Brian and Justin's relationship. fortuately we all know it won't work. Justin actually likes John and knows about their history already.

Glad Michael had a momentary sense of maturity with Jenny. He seemed to actually listen to Justin re: Jenny. I hope he figures it all out soon, without Jenny getting hurt over it all. Either that or Jenny realizes what a putz her father is relatively soon. He'll never be father of the year, but it'd be nice to see him put his daughter ahead of anyone else. Have her be the priority over his own feelings.

Interesting idea of John and Ben, but I have to agree with John. The fact that Ben stayed with Michael for so long must make one have doubts. lol. Will Ben try to cause problems between Brian and Justin in NY? Will he be angry or disappointed in Justin? (tough shit) or will he accept justin's decision?

Looking forward to next update. sorry I missed a few reviews. Had a fairly busy weekend. enjoyed all the chapters posted though!

Aww, sleepy Justin breakfast is adorable! Frozen waffles exist but of course they shouldn't, actually, I like Eggos.  I like that they are listening to the children and trying to work with their expectations.  Brian coming home for dinner can go a long way.

Lindsay is the poster child for delusional. She must know the quality of Kinnetic work and yet she submitted something she had to know was subpar.  Her days of entitlement are over, poor thing.  When she goes to report Brian it is awesome.  She's told off as she deserves to be, her son felt unloved, shame, shame.
