I like how respectful the girls are in this one. Not just friendly and supportive, but not wanting a handout either.
Justin certainly told the truth to his mother. She needs to hear it, but will she really get it or just continue to see what she wants. does she really expect Justin to change how things were for him? Will she listen to Deb or discount anything she says due to who her sone is. At least Deb put to her bluntly! Some real hard truths were needed. Again though, will Jen listen?
Brain talking to Emmett was a good thing. Emmett is forwarned and with that knowledge, he went ahead and confronted the situation. So glad it went the way it did. Emmett is so strong, and shows terrific character. He realizes what he has with Alex. Drew, even though he's out, isn't willing to actually BE out. That will never get Emmett. Nice to see Emmett iis happy i nthe relationship he's in. Drew saying that he wasn't going to give up is a non-issue for Emmett. like he said, he already did. Hopefully Drew doesn't cause problems. Can't see it since he's not willing to show himself for whi he really is.
