This was a great ending. The whole family was together for Gus' 5th birthday. However, I think that family is the most intrusive and nosy bunch I've ever seen! I'm glad Justin won't allow it, and tells them straight up.
Lindsay needs to butt out. She's getting into Justin's art just a little bit too much. Trying to sway him in her direction. But no matter what, I know this Justin will not go to New York. He won't allow her to dictate his life. I don't think Brian would either.
Brian is really growing up, and it seems that he's recognizing what love is about. He was more settled this time around and had also experienced some of life's wrong choices.
I actually liked this story without all the family members in it too much. And good riddance to Jennifer and Craig.
Now I have to see what else I've missed. I think there are quite a few. *Hides eyes*

So, the Kinnetik family is getting in place. Poor Ted... I'm not surprised the CFO postion seemed like a joke at first. I thought of that at one time, but then I remembered the last we heard, he was still at Wertshafter's.
I really wish Debbie would back off. If she can't see the things Brian has already done for/with Justin? Just that dinner at Papagano's should prove something to her.. When has Brian ever wined and dined someone who wasn't a client? He certainly never did that for her son... SMH... She irritates me so much.

Debbie should have heard when Justin told Brian that they were the two most memorable nights of his life. But I agree with Justin, what he and Brian do, is nobody's business but their own.
Ryder ~ how funny. He just wanted to acquire some money out of his business, instead of just closing shop. I really wish Brian had told Ryder that Kip stole his work for Liberty Air, and that's how he got the first campaign for them.

I would certainly think Brian could have come up with something better on the memo line than "Services Rendered." Even Liberty Air would have been better. Oh well, then the little princess couldn't queen out. It was funny, though.
Brian should have served the bagels with a side of Lidocaine. I can't even imagine that they're still at it! I really feel for Justin. Brian can wear loose slacks, but oh poor Justin.
Those sheets must be in a sorry state. For actually sleeping, I hope they change them first. :D
Again, I was worried Mikey would come a running. When the guys had breakfast at the diner, I was thinking Emmett would bring up what transpired between Brian and Justin, and the date.

So Brian tensed with Justin's proclamation. Does he not realize he had said it before Justin? I doubt Justin would have said it otherwise.

Touché to Brian for winning and announcing the start of his own business. When he passed by Ryder's table, he should have paused, leaned down, and told Kip, "Nice job on Liberty Air, even though it wasn't yours."
Wouldn't you know it, Brian was otherwise engaged when Justin walked out. Pretty risky for Brian, especially after the Kip fiasco.
If it were Ryder's Agency that passed on Brian's sexual harassment firing, Brian has a case. When I had to fire someone from the hotel, that was the first thing we were told. Although this is a different state, so it might not apply to them.

I hope Ryder hasn't been damaging to Brian's reputation. But for one thing, that's defamation, and it's illegal for an ex-employer to do that. Ryder can refuse to say anything about Brian, but he can't defame him, either. (Big lawsuit in the making.)
I was thinking about how nice it would be if Kip has been screwing up at Ryder's. Losing more accounts than winning any. But now, he's stealing Brian's work. Plagiarism... doesn't Cynthia still work there? She should have caught that. Or she could still turn him in.
Maybe Brian's luck will change after Adman of the year ~ maybe that will give Brian a nudge in the right direction, that and old companies will remember him as the guy who gave an awesome campaign.
So nice to be reading this. I was "absent" for about 5 years, so I'm really behind.
