Loved it!! I was so happy that Brian and Justin worked everything out and got back together. And not even that, but they are definitely working on their communication, which is what they weren't doing before. And I thought that was very nice of Brian to talk to Ethan like he did and tried to make him feel better about himself as well as about his talent, and that he needed to move on.

Author's Response: Thanks for your lovely reviews of my stories.

Ugh, I might not be able to finish this if it keeps going in this vein. Brian doesn't cherish him? BULL HOCKEY. Brian just doesn't do it everyday he isn't constantly flowery but it's like this Justin wants that. One can fight in a month of good and he just can't take it. I'm truly starting to loath this Justin.

Author's Response: That's too bad. Hope you can stick with it.

You know, I love this story but this chapter bugs me. Yes Brian was wrong but so was Justin.  Most of this story is about changing Brian all out of recognition of what we know him to be. That's fine it's why I'm still reading, but this Justin can do no wrong thing is really snapping my ass. I will keep reading in the hopes that I can love them again. Right now I think Justin is really acting his age and it's annoying.

Author's Response: You're right about Justin being young. Sorry you find him hard to take.

This story is amazing and I love how you handled the marriage topic. I don't really see them getting married, it's too normative for them; they live out of the box and their relationship is quite steady now; as long as they both agree, this could go on for years.

Moving out of the loft is a huge step and something that Brian had to come to on his own. It's the symbol of his young single adult life and it doesn't fit the life he is building with Justin and partially Gus. The fact that he wants Justin to be part of the choice and to participate in the household, is the sign that he is ready for more.

Author's Response: So pleased you enjoyed the ending of this story. Thanks for all your comments.

Amazing chapter with Brian trying to analyze his ability to be a good father. With Gus and Justin's help, he already is one.

The butterfly symbolic is a good idea and Gus with his cocoon was adorable.

Author's Response: Thanks - so much symbolism. lol

What an amazing trip they had, on so many levels. I hope they keep the rings where they are, so maybe one day, they will take them and have a small gathering to exchange them.

Author's Response: That would be lovely.

Brian is out of his comfort zone, but he planned many fun and interesting things to do with Justin. The Boulder Resort seems amazing.

Author's Response: Brian tries - they both do.

They don't speak the same language, except in bed and Justin is as impatient as Brian is sarcastic; nevertheless, there is an improvement.

Author's Response: Improvement is the goal.

Rocky situation; they are both right and yet, they don't talk the same way; they are out of sync.

Author's Response: Very true.

I don't feel Gardner on this; I bet he's trying to screw Brian and maybe Brian feels that and plans to get out and open his own agency; he could have Cynthia, Ted, Justin and Geroge/Georgia.

Author's Response: That remains to be seen.

Gus and his camel: everybody but Mel is finding that funny. It's great for both Brian and Gus to spend quality time together. That builds up their relationship and allows Brian to get some kid's fun.

Author's Response: Mel needs her head read.

Another wonderful chapter: Gus is so funny and so down to earth! His "cracks" comments and other questions are entertaining. He had done something nobody would believe: Brian liking his wrinkles!

Author's Response: I'm so glad you like my Gus.

The beginning was rocky, but the rest is amazing!!! Lots of emotions, running jokes (it'll heat up), Brian opening up emotionally, baring his soul; wonderful!

Author's Response: Thanks so much.

Wonderful idea to "talk" about anxiety: Justin is ready to work with Brian as he really is an artist.

Amazing new step they are both taking!

Author's Response: Hope so.

Justin can act like a teen sometimes; Brian was just trying to let him know that he would get a car and he just couldn't.

Author's Response: Justin is still very young.

What an awful dinner! Both Jennifer and Brian have to work on their opinion of the other. With a little help, they could see what they really are and that they should try getting along for Justin's sake.

Author's Response: Let's hope they do that.

Their love life is as the highest roller-coaster: the ups and downs are painful for the heart.

I understand now Ben's reaction in the next part of this story, part that I read before this one.

Justin is right and they should keep this for them, otherwise people will barge in and tell them what they think of the rings.

Author's Response: Exactly.

Wonderful part with the train!

The end started well, but Justin's reaction is surprising.

The travel back home and the party went pretty well. Everybody was happy for them and the only one to make a remark was Mel, for a change.

They better not forget their sweaters for the next trip to the lake.

Author's Response: Hopefully everyone will give them a chance.
