I'm not totally against Brian and Evan having a friendship as long as it's within the context of business. However, if Evan can't respect the boundaries then he needs to remain part of Brian and Justin's history.

I now get why Evan pursued Brian so hard even though I still kinda hate him for that. It's easy to sympathize with him in that context because of how women tend to be treated when they reach a certain age. Many are traded in for the 'trophy' wife who is younger, thinner or whatever else men might deem more attractive. Nevermind that the first wife was there behind his back, holding him up when he failed and helping to shape the man into who he may have become... That kind of reasoning makes someone like Evan more human and again, I have to applaud your efforts as a terrific storyteller because of it!

Happy Writing and HUGS,

~Nichelle

If they can stay honest with each other and Justin agrees, they could have a constructive friendship.
