I remember when Christopher Reeve had his accident: it highlighted how our countries and cities are not ready to allow para or quadriplegic to live like we do and how little is done to change that. He tried to change that and he had this goal (maybe not the only one) to get better.
I understand how Brian would feel bad after such news and I'm glad he wrote this email to ask Justin to come.
Will Michael be subtle?
Author's Response: I could see Christopher Reeve's death making a big impact on anyone in a wheelchair. He fought so hard to improve things, and then he was gone.

I can see where Christopher Reeves death would get Brian upset. Hopefully Justin's suggestions will sink in. I hope Michael doesn't blow his chance to get back to the friendship he'd once shared with Brian.
