I just love the reaction of Gus to the guy in the costume. Hilarious.

Author's Response:

Susi,

Gus is very opinionated and doesn't hold back.

Author's Response:

Marie,

Brian realizes that Justin has a lot of experience in the role of a parent. He also sees how well adjusted Molly is, so he trusts Justin's judgement and looks to him for clues on how to do things.

Gus is a very precocious and a joy to be around.

Apart the scene at the restaurant, it has been a great day of fun for everybody. It's good that Brian followed Justin's counsels regarding Gus. He, indeed, needs boundaries and also to be reassured that Brian won't send him away.

I love Gus' reminders about the "practice kissing"; the special pants are so hilarious!

He is a smart little guy: no doubt he is his father's son; the smirk, the brain, the look, the wit and the kindness towards those he loves.

Once again, congratulations for the whole chapter and the inner thoughts at the beginning.

Author's Response:

Sno,

Brian did a great job of reassuring Gus that he won't be sent away because he isn't perfect.

Gus realizes that Brian is happy with Justin and he wants to make sure Brian keeps Justin happy.

We will get to the DNA after a couple more chapters.

Inner Thoughts are all Tagsit. Lorie only supplies ideas for them.

Gus is a character.  I love him and his free flowing commentary.  Yes, please practice kissing. lol

I'm glad everyone had fun at the park.  Now back to the real world, huh?  I hope the results come back soon.  Gus deserves some stability and to know Brian is hopefully his Dad.

Thanks for the update.

Author's Response:

Jessica,

Gus is a blast to write. Having six kids between us gives us a lot of adventures for the kid.

They still have a little more time at the park.

It will be a couple more chapters before the answer comes in.

We love to see what the midget will do next. My mother has me read them to her, she always love the kids in these stories. Keep him funny and we will keep reading.

Author's Response:

Wellreadbunny,

Glad you can share this with your mom.

Gus has more silliness coming up.

Boy was a fun day had by all.  So sad that Gus misbehaved and Brian felt bad for disaplining him, but sweet too.  Love how Gus said Candy can't talk.  Too cute.

Author's Response:

YumYum,

With Justin's help and encouragement Brian is learning to be a great parent.

Gus is a lot like Brian, he says what he feels.

What a fun chapter! Brian is certainly getting the hang of that parenting thing. I like jealous/ possessive Justin. Lol He's almost as much fun as jealous Brian.

Author's Response:

Glo,

Brian is learning that being a parent will not always be fun but you can discipline a child without causing the trauma he went through.

Both men are possessive in a nice way.
