Justin said what needed to be said. Hopefully he and Jenn will rebuild their relationship to be stronger than it had become in later years.
So happy with Ted and Brian's dynamic! Brian always pushed Ted to believe in himself and it looks like Mr. Schmidt has finally taken the lesson. YAY!!
Carl might as well just bring home the police report and show it to Deb; punkass Michael still isn't going to tell her...SMH It looks like instead of Michael trying to rebuild his own life, he's trying to adopt Brian's former or even a part of Justin's for that matter. When will he learn that he's not built for that life?
Although I'm truly happy for Justin doing a show for Sydney, I do NOT trust Lindsay at all! I wouldn't put it passed her to try and sabotage Justin's budding career out of spite.
I'm looking forward to seeing how that and the rest of this amazing story plays out!

The first paragraph was like water after a long walk in the desert.
As for the end, I'm glad that Justin cleared the air with his mother even if it was painful for both of them. She, indeed, broke his trust several times when he really needed her by his side. As you wrote it so well, she also hurt Brian in the process.
So happy that Brian trusts Ted enough to let him drive his "baby" when he intends to retire. I'm surprised that Cynthia was not part of it (or maybe I forgot something you wrote before or maybe it will come later?).
I hope that Molly and Gus going towards the wood is not going to be a problem.
As for Super Stupido, he seems not having put 2 and 2 together yet...

Justin unconditional love and understanding centers Brian, giving him the strength to not buckle under the presser from Deb and Michael. It was a long time coming, and Justin needed to express his feelings. He loves his mom, but he also resents her interference. Brian finally for the first time has a true best friend, one that has his best interest at heart. Michael is a slimy worm who's about to slither away leaving a trail of destruction in his path... Wow! Mikey's still delusional. Ted's being promoted. And Justin has finally said all the things that I wish he'd said during the series. Boy, do I love this story.

Michael is his own worst enemy, as he's about to continue on his road of insanity... Ted being promoted, he so deserves it now that he's Brian's right hand man... Poor Jen, she never saw hurricane Justin coming, but he needed to say all of it and more. She needed to own up to all her faults, and apologize for interfering in their relationship.
