Justin has regressed so much, and it's because he felt cut off from everyone!
I hope to hell that Michael is happy for himself... because that's how he should end up... Ben doing nothing to stop him is unspoken permission and acceptance of his behavior... that's is unacceptable!!!

It's strange that Justin was able to go to Pittsburgh from NY while he has/had no money to pay his rent.
Jennifer wasn't aware of his arrival, so, does it mean that Michael paid for the travel? It's weirder that Justin accepted knowing Brian was supposed not wanting to see him again.
But, what's worrying is that Justin is out of medication and in a very bad emotional state. Brian was right on time.
The other worrying thing is the breast cancer: which stage is it?

There is a lot that went on with Justin that nobody knew about. Michael was behind the scenes being malipulative. As to Brian's breast cancer, you are the first person to ask. They caught it early, thank goodness. Actually I looked into a lot of different cancers and this one struck me as being the twist in the plot that this story needed.
