The angst was so high! I feared Noel was the cousin and his sick games were to get to Brian. He almost succeeded because Justin was dumb enough not to tell Brian what was happening. Good for them that Brian felt something was wrong and asked Justin's friend to give some info.

Brian can be "weak" and get to trick again, but this was plain stupid; he should have thrown Noel out of the loft as there was no bargain, just blackmail.
I fear that Justin is going to think about the night after the show and remember what they did and maybe he will question why they did it, even if their sex life is never boring.
Now, in the heat of Brian's confession, it could pass, but after a few hours/days, Justin will rewind and analyze that night. They never talked about monogamy, but they were almost there.

That's quite obvious that Justin can't trust Dick, but he should trust Brian and show him just that.
Brian needs someone to talk to, not Justin and certainly not Michael; Ted isn't a friend for now, too jealous and envious. The fact that Dick is an old trick doesn't help, but Justin should know that for Brian, Dick is just that, an old trick without any possible second chance.
