It was very interesting to find out how Brian was able to make Justin black out.

It was also nice to see that Justin didn't want to know what will happen on the 19th. He was torn between his loyalty to the RAF and his attraction to Brian. Tough choice, but it was the right to make in such period. Daphne, on the other hand, just asked if any shelter would do.

I promise you, that as porny and non-plotty this chapter may have seemed, it was actually quite important for Justin. One of the biggest aspects of this story is seeing how being gay affects each of our boys in both 1941 and 2016. So, making sure Justin understands ALL the wonders of what being a gay man entails is in fact very important for his character development. This may make more sense later, but stick with us, we promise it'll be worth it.

The plot most definitely was there. Yes, it was disguised in smut, but that smut was actually quite important for Justin and his character development. Justin is learning what it's like to be a gay man, not only from the master but from someone that is very proud of who he is. Yes, Brian can't walk around 1941 shouting at the top of his lungs that he likes fucking guys, but he stills oozes sexual confidence, and that is something Justin needs to see.
Stick with us, it'll make more sense later :)
