46.       Oh yes, nobody will take their money… very prophetic statement. And it will become even more difficult.

Mikey the Lunatic strikes again and again he needs another person to fight his wars for him. In the military this is called proxy war. The saddest thing is that there are still people who want to fight for Michael and he flat out lies and let them walk right into a trap. He is devious, treacherous and malicious without even trying to be – he simply is. Combined with an lacking intellect, profuse egoism and abundant laziness you have one very unpleasant person.

I'm almost a bit sorry for David Cameron, because he is basically one of Michael's victims. Dr Dave still had hope for a future with Michael but it has always been based on false assumptions. Because of Michaels lies he seems to think that Brian was the reason why his relationship collapsed but he's definitely awakened by now. And he asks the right questions: why should he spent his money on a lost cause? And why doesn't Michael use his own money to pay his lawyer? And above all others: why did Michael lie to him and to his lawyer?

Mark Richards also walks straight into Michaels trap. He can't do his job when he doesn’t have the facts and he really doesn't like to be lied to. It's only consistent that he withdraws from the case. What I'm a little apprehensive about is that he will be a witness for the prosecution – what about lawyer/client-confidentiality? How can he break this? Normally this would be an offence…

Conclusion of the first day in court is probably that Joan Kinney will be stuck in the avalanche of offended lawyer, mounting evidence and disgusted fellow human beings without a single sign of remorse. Deb has a rare blip of common sense in seeking single representation and Mikey can't help himself about spouting shit about others to others but it is good that all the others were standing up for Brian. Anyway, Mr. DeVore is on the verge of sinking, fast and deep…

And YES!!! Carl and Del are married! Great! Now Brian has a Mom and a little Brother… looks like an episode of 'This could be your live, Miss Debora Jane Grassi!' and I really hope it hurts, she has earned it.

Phew! Finally finished... I started this three times. RL and people were getting in the way...

Later!

Katharina

Wow Did Not See Dr. Dave showing up but at least he didn't get too far into the trap with Deb and Michael.

Well someone had to tell the truth The Novotnys and Joan don't know what it is.

So Del and Carl are married? Congrats!!!

Michael crying for a fantasy that will never come true is funny.

Deb may think she is being clever by having a separate attorney and throwing Michael along with Joan under the bus could be her biggest downfall, because I doubt she sees the big picture, she will still have to take the stand and admit to her crime every detail in that notebook penned by her and how Michael find out and continued with his own notebooks, will also have to talk about the money she got from Joan and what she conned out of Brian for years, all of it goes on the record. (The prosecution should hold off sentencing until after she testifies)

So what trouble can they get into in six weeks?

And how is Paris for Lindsay and Nancy? :)

It appeasr I've missed reading a few chapter!! Yikes! sorry about that.

Needless to say, Michael, Deb and Joan are beyond depraved. In fact that doesn't even come close!! How can people be so incredibly hateful!?? It's beyond teh scope of imagination. Deb and Michael are out to only save their own skin. Both will throw the other under a bus to save themselves. Joan simply doesn't think she did anything wrong and that her prayers will get her through. Yeah...OK...

Lindsey, well, that's a whole other kettle of fish. Life is going to be interesting for her fir the next little while, but we all know she's going to raise her ungly head soon enough. Either way, no matter what she does, she's going to be screwed! LOL.

All of Liberty Ave is surrounding and safe guarding Brian. He is well loved and respected. There are enough ears to the ground that he gets all the info he needs well in advance before any of teh nasty ass people even try anything.

As for Brian and Justin can I just say "SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" they are doing it RAW!! Yippee!!! So hot!!

I was surprised to see David brought in. short lived as it was. fortuately he learned early on just what the hell was actually going on.

Oh man oh man. Was so nice to sit and catch up on what all I had missed. sorry for the lack of reviews though.

LOVING THIS!!!!

Cheers

Elaine

Author's Response:

Hi Elaine,

Worry not, you have missed chapters we took a time out and then posted 4 at once. So glad that you are loving this!

You are so right about Lindsay...she's coming back and she's bringing a friend, but she's not necessarily a friend for Lindsay.

Yeah our boys got it on and then some...it was a squirming pleasure to write!!!!!

Happy reading.

Just out of interest, how did David find out about the lying?  And what did he and Brian say to each other?  Lovely chapter.

The little hope they have with David arriving to rescue them is crushed down. Too bad!

I love the way you make them "talk" with doing it raw: so funny!
