Hi Mädels,

Well, John clearly shows one thing: the Kinney-genes (… or maybe they are from Joan?) are fantastic if they are applied right and they are assertive. They have wrestled every other gene-pool into submission; John Sr.'s as well as Lindsay's. And if they are used to their full potential there is no stopping someone who has them.

Arthur and John seem to have figured out what was going on with Michael and it is no surprise that it was plain old jealousy to cause his wrecking of Brian's life. Disturbing on this realization is that Michael even as a 14-year old was a conniving sleazebag without any consideration and sympathy who doesn't even try to make a future for himself due to lack of drive and his boundless laziness. Even at that early date he didn't waste a thought on any possibility regards an proper education or a good paying job, his only goals seemingly were to wriggle thru life without lifting a finger, exploiting from whatever source would show. And he already was a thief too… lifting Debs diary – I don’t think she 'lost' it.

The Taylors being the connection to Ron is good; they know how to communicate with him so that his appendages don't realize what's going on. And he really seems to work toward a relationship with Gus and Jenny. I'm looking forward for the approaching Ron-Peterson-Jailbreak from the Nancy-Rock… and his warden is still thinking he is afraid of the society-sharks…

It was a great surprise that Ron's sister is Brian's and Mikey's old principal. She really seems to have a detailed knowledge of Brian's history and she does like him; that much is clear as day. Well, her relationship with her niece and sister in law are the exact opposite. This woman will do everything to rescue Ron from those run-down hyenas… helping Brian will be an added well received bonus with nearly as big a magnitude. It's good that she can provide a look into the distend past and bring some of the happenings to the attention of the family, like Debbie's look on Michael's and Brian's grades or such things. Robbi is a force to be reckoned with; Deb and Joan should better seek cover.

See you at chapter 48…

Whoa Roberta Is Fierce!!

Lindsay and Nancy are in trouble because Roberta is not a person they can browbeat, seduce or bully to get their way.

Small world that Roberta knew Brian and Michael liked Brian despised Michael (Shocker), and saw that Deb used Brian to keep Michael from flunking out of school.

John is a Genius who saw that Deb was keeping a diary and telling on Brian cause she knew Michael would never measure up and she resented Brian, despite the abuse Brian still succeeded and Michael barely tried.

I think it was jealousy on both their parts Deb and Michael really do have a love/hate relationship with Brian, every time he succeeded it showed that they had no hand in it and that Brian really didn't need them, if Brian had ever really, truly looked past all the stuff Deb allegedly did then he would turn his back on them, and they couldn't bask in his success or be envied for being his "Family"

Ron is going to see his grandchildren and Nancy is abput to meet "The Family"

Hope Deb is ready to face her past?

It's getting confusing.  Roberta, whose brother is Ron, taught Brian and Michael so knew of Joan, Jack, Deb and Vic.  What is her connection with Vic?  There is something about the diary that we don't know, the missing pages.

Roberta is quite a character! Brian can't thank her enough for having him boxing and hit hard.

What I don't understand is why Debbie turned her back to Brian: she seemed to be nice to Brian and was following his school's progresses?
