I still don't know why Brian kept him around after the first episode of Season three. Personally, if a friend of mine had said that to me, they wouldn't be my friend for very long after that. Like seconds maybe.

Agreed. I would have tossed him out the door the moment he made those comments about Justin in Season 3. It just would have over at that point. And yes, Ted and Blake snuck in there somehow. It wasn't part of the plan, but I like surprises. :)
