I'm wondering... what was the point in Brandon teaching Michael how to kiss??

The kissing part here was directly inspired by the scene in Cruel Intentions (which this story is shamelessly based on) where Kathryn (Brandon here) teaches innocent, virginal Cecile (Michael here) how to kiss.
I admit that this was an icky chapter ;)
