Finaaly was able to start reading again. I've had so much on my plate lately, and just decided to wake up early today, and start reading.
I liked the camaraderie between our boys in this chapter. For knowing each other such a short time, they've already developed a good friendship. It was interesting Egbert received condoms in his grocery order, as that was something I was goingto point out, was how were our boys suppose to get 'together', if Egbert can't stand to be touched? I can only imagine that he uses them when he jacks off, you know, bodily fluids and all that.
I do have to wonder why he doesn't want to tell Justin his name though. And I found the dubbed, Sunshine amusing, as we've never been give THAT reason for his nickname.
Well, on to the next chapter,

I love Brian in this. He's still so insecure (to the max), but without the hard edge and walls that the myth he crafted around himself in canon gave him. So many psychological issues but he took his self-preservation in a different direction - he aimed in inward instead of outward. He keeps *himself* away from others rather than keeping others at arms length. Our man Justin will work his Sunshine magic, though, I have no doubt.
It's gonna break my heart when the inevitable angst springs up between them!
Now, the BIG question - how you gonna convince Eggy to shave off that beard, huh?

Wonderful chapter. As I have said, I love this story and the writing that both of you are doing. I have felt such a connection to it from the first paragraph and now I think I know why in adddition to the fact that I live 25 miles from Pgh, I was born in Frick Hospital in Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland Co., Pa. Henry Clay Frick was also born in Westmoreland Co. in West Overton. The pictures are a wonderful addition to the story. I can remember when I was a child seeing steel mills in full production and the sky being bright red from the heat generated from the furnaces. You could actually smell it before you could see it. And back in the days of my dating, if a guy took you to Phipps Conservatory, it was a really special date. Just a bit of trivia for you.
