But I don't understand why Ethan leaves the message that begins; 'So are you going to drop the charges or are you going to join Jay in the ground...' when he was leaving the message on Jay's phone?

So, Ethan was screwing his agent, too. So how do we know for sure that it was Mikey to contact the STD, and not Ethan, who might have given it to him? Not that it matters.
Hehe... you can run, Ethan, but you can't hide. And Philip just admitted knowing... he could get in trouble for collusion and possibly harboring a fugitive.
So, I gather Lindsay and Mikey still haven't had their meeting with the family... how much time has passed? Is Mikey still at Lindsay's, or has he talked to Brian and been turned down?
