One thing I love about this series is that you don't sugar-coat life; there are words that hurt, like what Jennifer told Brian. Even with the best intentions, people can be hurt by simple words.
One other is the way you make Justin blush with Jennifer's comments on her honeymoon.
It's like "real life": with love, fuckups, arguments, ...

Deb and Jennifer do seem to say things that hurt Brian. Justin can make Brian feel better but they have company.
