She actually supported him, stuck up for him with Jack and saved things along the way. But either way, for however, bad she was, I'm just glad that she and Brian were able to turn things around later on. They both deserved that!!

This picture of Brian and his mother shows how well the casting has been done. There is something between them. Remembering this awful yet powerful scene, it's great to see them with smiles on their faces. It could illustrate one of their last meetings when they were so well together.
Thank you for revisiting Brian's life with its ups and downs and some naps.

It's amazing the relationship between the brothers. John is a strong man and he feels Brian's needs for "support". It's great to her them having fun.

It's a great idea to try explaining what might have happened during Brian's childhood.
Claire was such a nasty kid: it's one thing to ignore someone, but hurting her brother was just awful, with the obvious result: Brian wailing and disturbing the "peace" at home.
At least, Joan loved him at first.
