Having Ted and Emmett know is a huge point.  Lindsay seems to be coming back from fairyland.  Can't wait for the next chapter.

The whole conversation between Brian, Ted, and Emmett had me in tears. I don't know if I should thank you or shake you! But, oh my, so long overdue.

Yes, Jenny... I'm telling you your father is a liar. Touche to David for that short leash! I actually hope Michael throws a conniption about Brian and Justin and David kicks him to the curb. Let Mel take care of him!

And pray tell, how was Brian cheating on Michael with Justin? They were NEVER a COUPLE! I can see Jenny has learned well at Mel and Michael's knee. It will be interesting to see what happens about Florida.

I so wanted to slap Mel for what she has done to Lindsay. The talk between Lindsay and Justin tore at my heart. What happened to Mel to make her so overbearing, and manipulative? This need to be controlling? That her word is law?

Can't wait for Michael to find out

Oh my heart is breaking for Lindsay. And my hate for Mel is burning so HOT right now! The mental and emotional abuse Lindsay must have had to suffer from that bitter woman must have been enormous. I don't know if I'm saying this right, but part of me is glad that Lindsay had her mental break if for no other reason then so her heart wouldn't continuously be battered by Melanie and her minion, Michael. However, between the two of them, they broke Lindsay's spirit. And that, to me, is just unforgiveable! I'm glad she will have the support of those who truly care for her well-being. Perhaps a visit from Ted and Emmett- especially the latter- might help, too?

As for Gus' conversation with Jenny, sadly it went just about as I thought it would. The little girl has indeed turned into her parents! I'm so glad that Patrick had a chance to witness it, and blow up at her for himself. He sure did lay into that little miss, and Gus' response to her was the icing on the cake! I hope that when Mel shows up, Gus lights into her even more harshly than the verbal ass whooping Jenny just endured. Selfish little bitches, ALL! And that especially goes for Melanie and Michael!

The talk between Brian and Ted, then later with Emmett, was long overdue and wonderful for all three of them. I was so HAPPY hearing that David has his Yapping Chihuahua on such a short leash. I'm almost anticipating his reaction to the news that Brian and Justin found their way back to each other, while not being able to do a damn thing about it without losing everything. Is it sad that part of me wants Michael to try to test the boundaries only for David to give him up to his fate of being completely alone and hopeless? To me, it's no less than what Michael would deserve for the mean manipulations he inflicted on Gus when he was ONLY six years old!

Anyway, back to the conversation between the three REAL friends of this tale: I am so glad that Brian convinced Emmett to join the exodus from Pittsburgh to New York. Brian addressing the situation of Blake and Ted's former relationship was definitely needed! I think he broke through to Ted by acknowledging that the reason he couldn't be happy with anyone else was because none of them could be 'Justin' for him. I believe that was something Ted really needed to hear. I can imagine that Emmett needs to hear it, too, but that' s going to take some time since Drew hasn't made a move.

What a wonderful chapter! I'm looking forward to the next and the meeting with the vacuous and venal Valkyrie herself... Melanie!

HAPPY WRITING and HUGS,

~Chelle
