Lindsay has an great opportunity to sell and display art since she can't do art and that is her dream so that comes before Gus and Jenny.
And Mel is a partner handling bigger harder cases which is way more important than Gus and Jenny obviously.
What Was The Point in Having Kids In The First Place?!?!?!?!!!!
Michael is acting like he is fourteen and refuses to grow up or accept that he is a husband and father now.
All Three Are So Selfish and Self-Absorbed!!!
Ben asking for a solid agreement that protects Jenny and him is good because he is willing to take on the responsibility of of being a grown up and a parent.

Since Michael sees parenthood as only a means to be near Brian, he might encourage Ben if that meant that he still has an opportunity to be with Brian.
