Mel has her knives all sharpen and if Michael and Lindsay don't watch out she is going to decimate them with a few keen strokes like she just did without a blade in sight lol

I just live when amateurs get their asses handed to them over and over again.

So Deb is a guardian to Gus too?

Michael and Lindsay don't stand of chance against Ron, Nancy and Deb but it will be fun watching them try.

Love how you brought raccoons into this and the names for the babies.  Why is Mel still with Lindsay when she knows what Lindsay's like?  How did Melanie learn of Mikey's riches?  You must spend most of your writing time looking up recipes.  Yummy!

I absolutely love this story.  The addition of the racoons is wonderful.  Had friends many years ago who had  a racoon that would sit on their back porch and look in the little windows on the door.  They named him Charlie. They fed him scraps until they found what he liked.  One day he just stopped coming and the entire family which included 4 teenage boys thought the worst and everyone cried.  They would once in a while see a racoon, but just knew it wasn't Charlie.  Then several months later, Lois ,the Mom, heard a noise at the door and there was Charlie.  She was so excited, but the minute he saw her, he took off and she called out to the family to look out all the windows to see if anyone saw him.  Bill, her husband, yelled "I'll be damned" and everyone went to see what he saw.  There was Charlie with another adult racoon and 3 babies.  He brought his family to show them off.  Luckily one of the boys had a camera (in those days not everyone did) and quickly took pictures.  We all looked at those pictures until we about wore them out.  After that day, they never saw Charlie or his family again.  We all shared this story for years and I am now sharing it with you.  Hope you don't mind letting me take a walk down memory lane.  Fantastic writing as always.

Author's Response:

Not at all! Thank you for telling me about them, Milo has three babies, and I was wondering what to name them...so later on, you get to meet, Charlie, Lois and Bill.

Happy reading.
