Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. Yes, there is really so much more that could have been explored, but I decided to leave it to the imagination. I definitely don't rule out a return visit. I often do that, but for now I will leave them here. I never know which way my muse is going to take me. :)

Thank you, Deb. I'm so glad you enjoyed this story. I do have fun writing the more supernatural based stories, but this is probably the last vampire story. My muse is steering me in a different direction now.

I guess we all know that Justin will have to eventually become vampire, or he will start having nightmares of an old man walking alongside the youthful gorgeous brunet.
I can see where it could be disturbing to Justin to not know everything about his heritage. And like he said - if he tried to talk about it, people could possibly lock him up.
Someday he will have tp talk to his mother, but I can see him being angry and wanting some time before that happens.

In my mind, I do see Justin as becoming a vampire. If the story went on and on, it might have shown that. I think Brian would want him to stay human for a while and be very sure of the choice; although, the more time they have together, I think Justin's heart wouldn't want it to never end.
I believe in time Justin would reach out to his mother, not only to find out more about his heritage, but to attempt a reconciliation. He isn't ready for that now.

Yes, with the last year as it's been, it has taken me forever to finish this story!
I do hope you enjoy this very different story. I had fun writing it, but I am probably done with vampire stories. I am moving in a different direction now.
