So relieved that Daphne wasn't the bad girl I thought she might be after reading a previous chapter.

I didn't leave that twist hanging for long. I didn't want to torture my readers indefinitely. I could make a lot of characters 'anti', but Daphne would be difficult. It's just too unlikely.
More to come soon. I am hoping to get the rest of this uploaded quickly now that we're nearing the end.

Rats, I can't believe that Daphne was taken and nobody noticed. I also can't believe that Ethan is behind all this. He's just not that smart.

Daphne was taken before the agents actually arrived, and when you think about who is there at the house now, I think it's easy to imagine it not being caught. Most of them are all wrapped up in their own personal drama. Ethan typically isn't very smart; but, he has an obsession, and that can be inspiring to the demented. Not much longer until the resolution.
