If they take Kip out, it should be a warning to Sap, but I doubt it would be. But Sap has so many areas where he’s broken the law, that Brian should be able to bury him 6 feet below a prison.

It’s getting tense again!

Cathy

Gary has to be insane if he thinks he can nab Justin in Pittsburgh, and then get Justin out of there and back to New York. Well, the crazy man just signed his own death warrant. Brian won’t quit until Gary and everyone associated with him goes down.

If Kip was smart, he’d double cross Gary and warn Brian and Justin.

Just because there is no contract, all that means is no money is exchanged. But hell, Brian can STILL protect him. He can still have him followed by a bodyguard. And I have a feeling Sap isn’t done with Justin, so I sure hope that protection is a priority.

Ultimatums! But I totally see Justin’s reasoning. Especially now that Justin has so much money, for Brian to continue to pay him, would probably cause Justin to feel like property, instead of acceptance and caring.

I was so glad to see that Brian is trying to find the best defense lawyer for Jennifer. Maybe they can use the temporary sanity plea. When she learned of Craig’s plans to take Justin, maybe it sent her over the edge.

I guess I’m also confused if Craig planned to kill Justin, or sell him. Because if it was to kill him, why leave him with Sap for so long? So, yeah. That confuses me.

I’m extremely happy for Justin. To know of his mother’s love and sacrifice, maybe will help him heal from the years of abuse.

And of course, with the love of a good man…

And just think... Justin is independently wealthy now!! He and Brian can cancel the stupid contract, and stay together because they want to.

You’ve gotta get Jennifer out of this mess though. She doesn't deserve prison for killing the man who at one time had a contract on her.

So, Brian finally has full custody. I’m glad he threw the disbarment out there so they knew how dead serious he was. Melanie was so stupid. I still can’t figure out what she hoped to gain from this. I have to wonder what the original arrangement between her and Craig was.

And when I think of it, I'm surprised Craig didn't have a sharpshooter with a rifle trained on Brian.

Brian must have heard when Craig looked at Jennifer and said - you’re dead, I made sure of it. So why isn’t he telling Justin this? And I’m interested if Carl was close enough to hear that exchange. But that right there should be enough to help in a defence for Jennifer. And Jennifer negotiated the contract, but whether that person would come forth is very questionable, as he could be in a world of trouble for being hired for a kill.

AHA! See? I figured there was a reason Jennifer wasn’t around! That miserable SOB had a contract out on her, but she somehow over negotiated.

Now, being she shot Craig in cold blood - in front of an officer - how are they going to get her off? And why did it take so many years for her to come back and do this? And at the time when Craig decided he wanted Justin. It’s weird how everything has fallen into place at the same time.

A person should really not make Brian Kinney mad, because when he gets mad, heads are going to spin! I can’t imagine what Craig thinks he has that will have Brian settling down, and why does he not seem terrified of Brian? He must know how far Brian can reach. And he must realize Brian can destroy him. So I’m extremely confused why Craig seems so calm and self-assured.

Lindsay seems to understand and realize this is the end for them as far as Gus is concerned. But I don't think Melanie fully grasps it yet. But I think she's just lost everything. Brian will ruin her, and she most likely will be disbarred.

OMG!! That was TENSE! WTH is Melanie thinking? What was in the duffel bag? How did they even hook up? So many, many questions swirling around right now. I wish as soon as Ben had Gus, he would have shot Craig in the leg or something, hindrancing him, and then called the cops in.

Then Craig ends it with: Make sure he understands how easily I got to him today. Well, the ONLY reason he got him was because of Melanie. But I have a feeling, Melanie will never see Gus again! So Craig better come up with a new plan!

Lots of nervous energy in me right now. Is Brian planning on using Justin as a pawn to bring Craig out into the open? But then what? Yep, I’m nervous!

Poor Justin has so little confidence and trust. I hope in time, Brian will help him overcome all that.

Brian sounded almost savage in his commands, but hey, if it gets Justin to stay put, and possibly in the condo where he will be safe, that’s the way Brian will have to be. As soon as Justin leaves, he would more than likely be apprehended.

Craig is one sad, sick, bastard. Right now though, I’m a little confused as to why Craig wanted Sapperstein to have him all these years, because Justin was not doing anything other than dancing, and maybe a blow-job. But now Justin’s nineteen, so why is it so important to have him now? And my gut instincts tell me there’s more to the story regarding Jennifer’s leaving. Or is she possibly not even alive anymore?

Our guys really have a connection, and I’m glad for Justin that he had a promising first time.

But I think all of Brian’s questions regarding Sap are very legit, because I’ve been wondering the same thing. If Justin has worked for Sap all this time, I can’t believe that wasn’t made a condition of his job. Age of consent in NY is eighteen, and with him being nineteen, I can’t believe Sap waited all these years. It kind of boggles the mind, and I wonder - WHY NOW?

I’m really hoping that we get to learn more about Justin’s past. He left home at fifteen because of an abusive father. Will that be Craig? What about his mother? Lots of questions which I hope answers will be coming.

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

It is always my intention for Brian to make Justin's first time not only good, but memorable as well. I think he did in canon as well.

Brian's questions are probably extremely important. Something doesn't seem to add up with the Sap and his interest in Justin. I guess only time will tell if there's more to that.

We will be seeing Craig in this story. To drive your fifteen year old away to the streets of New York, something horrible had to be the cause. Well, he never wins any father of the year awards!

Thanks for commenting, Cathy.

Okay, my stomach is nauseous listening to Gary talk about Justin. The sicko. Poor Kip. I knew he should have fled.

But when it’s all done and over, I can’t wait to see Gary’s outcome. Brian will be brutal.

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

Yes, Gary is a total creep. He might be handled for now, but he needs to be handled for the long-term. I am sure Brian will be realizing this as well. Brian will most likely be merciless.

Whoa, Justin! Temptation at its best. But poor Ben. I understand him making a hasty retreat.

Kip sure talked big, didn’t he? He probably won’t be so smug when he finds out just who Brian is. Although I bet it will really piss of Sap, and he won't heed the warning.

A PI looking into Melanie? I have to wonder if they will discover her centerfold pic from her college days. But I guess more importantly, is if she has any skeletons in her closet now.

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

Justin certainly gives as good as he gets. I guess we'll see how that plays out. :)

Kip doesn't seem to have a brain. He is simply the Sap's tool. I don't think that's a wise path to take. That's his problem. Lol.

Brian doesn't pull any punches. Part-time father or not, he's a very good one.

WOW! Those two are already smoldering. By the time Brian actually gets him in bed, he will be aching more than ever!

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

The setup in this story made me really want to build up the sexual tension, so I purposely amped it up. Flirty Justin especially when he's actually innocent is always fun. That alone would drive Brian crazy! Haha.

Yay! He accepted. Teasing, little imp though. Poor Brian. Justin used everything against him.

If Sapperstein does see Justin and even so much as TOUCH him, he will rue that day for the rest of his miserable life.

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

For sure. I wouldn't want to be Sap or Kip and touch Justin now in ANY way. LOL.

I think we all knew that Justin would accept. It's a big move, a life changer really, but it's a win/win for him. :)

If I was Kip, I think I’d follow in Justin’s footsteps and leave the apartment, then catch the first bus heading out of town! But when he mentioned Justin not working for Sap anymore, he should have thought to say out looking for a job! At least it would have been a legit excuse.

Well, if they shop at Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, we could almost have a remake of Pretty Woman. (Although someone has written a Pretty Woman crack!fic with Justin.)

Geez! I understand Justin wanting to be cautious, what with the life he has led, but with his options in life, I can’t believe he didn’t jump at the chance. Although he’s had a very stressful day so far, so maybe it was more just needing time alone for the night. And thank god Brian told him he was sleeping there and not going back to his apartment.

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

I would imagine since Justin has slipped from his evil clutch, Sap would be difficult to deal with. If I was Kip, I would want out completely. But, Kip doesn't seem all that bright. LOL.

Out of all of the movie tie-in's I have written, I never did a Pretty Woman variation. I don't think it's quite my style, though.

Perhaps Justin is hesitant because he has a problem trusting. With all he's been through, and perhaps more we don't know yet, I think I can understand that. Brian definitely intends to keep Justin close. He is too suspicious of the players around Justin.

Thanks for commenting, Cathy.

Geez! An honest guy who wouldn’t renege on their deal! I’d have shoved baldy’s hundred back to him in a flash!

Just dinner, Brian? Uh-huh!

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

Baldy was certainly another creep. I'm sure the city is full of them, and sadly, these incidents probably happen all too often.

And yeah, just dinner. I doubt Brian is fooling anyone, especially himself.

Well, well… the animosity between Melanie and Brian is at an all-time high. What’s bad is that she’s aware of it, can even grudgingly admit it, yet she thinks she can get the upper hand. Foolish woman. She better really think hard if she's willing to give up Gus, and more importantly, Lindsay.

But that aside, if he could ruin Melanie and get Gus, he must have the power to shut down Sap’s business. He must be aware of what Sap does, so why doesn’t he?

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

Melanie certainly doesn't seem to like or approve of Brian in this story. Of course, that's often the case, but she does go too far with her hatred of Brian and his lifestyle.

I think in his business he has reasons not to go after every slimeball he encounters. And in NYC, Sap is probably a small potato. Still... there's so much to happen yet.

Thanks for commenting, Cathy.

Smart cookie there, Brian, having Ben trail him. This way if Justin didn’t call, he’ll know where to go. That, and it will also give Brian something to work with knowing how Justin is living.

Poor Ben… security detail, yeah right.

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

I have the feeling Brian often has Ben on tasks that he deems to fall under security detail. NOT. LOL.

Brian is always a quick thinker. There's no doubt he had no intention in letting Justin get away for long.

Holy mother, but Sap is really sleazy here! Did he think nobody would call the police if he violently raped Justin in Central Park??? People can make a phone call and still not intervene or get involved.

Good thing Gus wanted the carriage ride and Brian relented, or else he wouldn't have been Justin’s savior. And with Brian in his corner, he doesn’t even have to entertain the thought of ‘every queer.’

Hugs,

Cathy

Author's Response:

Oh yes, you can definitely say Sap is sleazy here. I have used him often in my stories, but he fits in these roles perfectly. It's never a stretch from canon, and what I think he would have been had be been given more screen time.

Fate was in Justin's corner for Brian to appear when he did. I'd like to think Justin would have wiggled away on his own from the slimy Sap, but Brian's presence should make that a sure thing.
