❤️ this chapter!

The exchange between Alan, Heather, and Brian about Brian's chat with Charles the driver is so darned funny. Justin really does improve Brian's consideration for others.

Brian's speech destroying Tuscan in his home has me standing up and cheering every time I read it. And the way Lindy was prepared to leave her husband is perfect; she's finally ready to take the bastard to the cleaners.

References to 'Little Justin' always crack me up. Alan sure learns better, lol. Heather reminds me of Melanie; great snarky comments.

Justin is so different from the twins. He's more mature, certain of what he wants, and that is unquestionably Brian.

You've written such an amzing Brian and Justin love story. ❤️ Thank you!

Happily, there's more to read, so I'm off to the next chapter.

Brian doesn't know why he hates violin music. Must be a carryover from another universe/reality, lol.

Brian's rash really is creative. He knows how to think on his feet. The way Steven plays along with it is perfect. Steven and Scott make more allies in the fight against Tuscan.

I'm almost as excited about Brian and Justin barebacking as they are. Soon! Ah, to have a bedside seat.

The Tuscan takedown definitely rivals the Stockwell defeat as something a man of conscience has to do. Excellent replacement! I especially like how the whole Plexus team backs Brain.

On to the Tuscan demolition... 😁

While my heart goes pitter-patter at the idea of Justin and Brian being besheert, I don't know that I actually believe they're soul mates. I do believe they're likely to meet in any universe, and that they'll have to work to find their way to each other. It will always be a matter of choice, and I very much want them to choose each other. Then again, besheert doesn't necessarily preclude the idea of free will and choice. There may be a lot of trial and error before they're together.

Can't wait for further progress in the Tuscan takedown. Get ready to say farewell to family and fortune, you homophobic prick.

Oops. I thought Justin's belated Valentine's gift to Brian was a cock ring, not nipple clamps. Doesn't matter: Those two are hot with or without toys. And I'm sure they'll both test the gift. 😉

Many thanks for the pictures of Lilah and Daphne and, previously of Brandon and Todd. Hotties one and all.

LOL, the nod to George Goodfuck.

So damned hot that Justin spanks Brian and Brian loves it!

I love the friendship that has developed between Justin, Brian, Brandon, and Todd. *drool* I can visualize those four on Brian and Justin's bed. 😋

Hooray, plans are slowly taking shape to bring down Tuscan.

I'm still laughing at Brian's excuse, "I think I left my iron on." 😄 There's just no blowjob like Justin's. Truly, for Brian, there's no one else like Justin period.

*gag* Here comes that Tuscan bastard. You're going to be taking down by Plexus and your own family, slimeball.

I love how Paul and Marcus back Brian in the meeting. Brian's actually closer to Alan, but the other two back him first in regard to Plexus' reputation.

That casual conversation between Brandon, Justin, and Brian while Brandon dominates Oliver cracks me up every time I read it. Oliver gets exactly what he wants while Brandon move a little closer to figuring out what and whom he wants.

Can't wait for Brian to put Justin's belated Valentine's gift to him to good use. 😋

I revel in how much Justin and Brian love each other, that Brian can handle Justin loving Brandon too because he knows that Justin will always choose him, just as Brian will always choose Justin. The friendship between the three men is really beautiful.

I'd say something about an evil author cliffie, but I know that all will end well and that Oliver is not trying to destroy Brian and Justin's relationship.

Time for Brandon to service Oliver, although Brandon will soon discover that he too has found love. ❤️

I love how Brian and Justin are bulding quite an eclectic group of friends, some of whom are also clients, and all of whom are fans of Justin's art.

I'm looking forward to how Oliver fails to test Justin and Brian's relationship. Justin has faith in his man. 😊

So sweet and funny when Brian confesses to Deb that he takes Justin's cock up his ass every chance he gets.

All the wedding scenes are so appealing--wonderful interactions between freinds and family. Of course nothing tops Brian's realization that he wants to marry Justin. ❤️

Justin and Brian's playfulness is one of my favorite things about this story and about the show.

I'd forgotten that Justin went to see a therapist, one Todd introduced him to. The therapy, combined with his painting, prepared him to return to Brian. Even if he did initially resist therapy because of the name issue, I'm glad Justin had the self-confidence to seek help for himself. Going to therapy, when he views it as a positive aid, fits with Justin's personality.

I wish I had one of Justin's paintings! You've given such a realistic portrait of Jessica, that I can visualize her painting. The 'dickering' between Jason and Brian over the paintings they buy makes me laugh. I can just imagine Drew and Emmett making like bunnies as they try to figure out 'Dichotomy, in 9 letters', lol.

Brian and Justin have really found their way back to each other. Love and friendshp renewed.

This chapter reinforces that Justin serves as a kind of moral compass for Brian, as he often did in the show. Justin makes Brian kinder and more thoughtful about the effect his decisions have on others. I appreciate that Justin, in this story, is more experienced than in the show, kinder, and easily makes friends. (While the positive influence went both ways in the show, one instance in which I felt it harmful was the way Justin treated Eric, the frat boy.)

With a different sort of PTSD, it's not only Justin working through the repercussions of Brian's actions but also Brian. Talking with Justin's friends and with Brandon--their mutual friend--as well as watching Justin dance: All those help him cope. Justin's gets his therapy through painting, bringing himself to trust Brian again, to feel secure in their love for one another.

Their reunion is sweet and deliciously hot. Fitting that Brandon and Todd are there to help celebrate. *wating for my heartbeat to slow down*

This chapter, so aptly named Purgatory, always makes me cry as I experience both men's pain.

I much prefer your use of "It's only time" to the usage in the show.

Now, I'll wait with Brian for Justin to regain his trust in Brian so that, together, they can be whole again.

From the best of highs to the worst of lows.

The sheer joy of sucking and fucking and kissing in the new year. The pleasure of Justin moving in with Brian.

Brian's breaking an oh-so-important promise to Gus. Brian's expectation that Justin knew that he wanted him to be Gus' second dad and his lashing out because Justin didn't argue. Brian's emotional and physical act of abuse even though he didn't hurt Justin physically.

Brian's apology is heartfelt but he has, nevertheless, broken Justin's trust nearly irrevocably. Although Justin spoke with Brandon and Daphne before Brian's heinous act, he betrays none of that to Mel, Gus, and Lindsay, keepting up the fiction of Brian's trustworthiness.

He loves Brian, but Brian has damaged him. I ache for both men, but especially for Justin.

Damn, you're brilliant at showcasing Brian's talents as an ad exec. The Clearlife brass are putty in his hands, as am I.

And then, holy cow, this chapter segues to Brian and Justin plus Brandon and Todd. Four stunning men scorching the sheets and the shower. 😋 Mmmhmm, Justin teaches Todd to top. Fantastic!

Brandon only has an inkling so far that he's found the partner he's searching for. More to come (pun intended, lol). ❤️

Now for the men to ring in the new year...

Brian and Justin are forming an ever-stronger relationship although they have hurdles to overcome, including one major one. Brian's Christmas presents show such thoughtfulness and love. *sigh* That hurdle will improve communication between them, though. They truly are each taking a chance on the other.

Ironic that Phil, whom Justin was able to fight, will get prison time while Hobbs, against whom Justin could not defend himself, received community service. I love how strong Justin is, coping with the challenges life throws his way. True to canon.

*chuckling* So funny how Justin and Brian get even with each other for a snarky remark/action.

It's so moving and appealing that Justin, Brandon, and Brian are all forming strong bonds of friends. Now for Todd. 😊❤️

Hooray! Brandon and Todd are about to meet.

Brian and Brandon's exchange while and after they're running cracks me up. Yum, I can visualize that hard on Brian's sporting. 😋

Funny and sweet that Brandon and Brian can't determine what it is about Justin that makes him so beautiful, beyond the bubble butt, of course. C'mon guys, you can figure it out, lol.

Cynthia's marvelous in providing support to Justin following Phil's attack on him. She's also fixed it so Brian can listen in and know how to respond without letting on to Justin.

Dwayne and Officer Hamil fit in so well as OCs. I like the demonstration of self-defense moves. Go, Justin! Take dow that drunk homophobe! (I never understood why Justin didn't take self-defense classes in the show, since it would have been a way for him to empower himself. I don't know if that would have eliminated the Pink Posse arc, but it would have changed it.)

*swoon* I love how Brian gives Justin exactly the loving, sexual care that Justin requests in the aftermath of Phil's attack. Then Brian frees himself to tell Justin he loves him... ❤️ Pure bliss.

Jessica's the best and can do it all: attorney for all types of clients; ballet instructor; relationship counselor; home caregiver; you name it! You draw such a clear picture of her that I can see her in the dance stuio with Brandon.

Love the humor and heat between Brian and Justin. Where'd I put my fan? LOL

You do such a brilliant job of blending canon humor, drama, romance, and friendship into this series. Sometimes I can't decide whether I like your version or the show's better.

Brian's security codes really do reveal how he feels about his family. What a major step for him to be able to admit that to Justin!

Ugh, Phil from Plexus' legal department. Such a total slimeball. Fortunately, Justin will give him the what-for, with those closest to Justin there to help him recover.

This chapter is such a delight--perfect reading for a Saturday afternoon. Hot sex, great humor, plus Justin and Brian working together. :)

Jessica is such a joy! I'm looking forward to her acting debut.

I'm also looking forward to playtime in New York: Justin & Brian plus that other couple who become good friends.

I know there will be some upcoming angst regarding fulfilling a promise to return to Pittsburg, but the boys' relationship will end up all the stronger.

Delightful opening chapter and continuation of "In His Kiss": family, friends, and love.

Great spot-on banter between Mel, Linds, Brian, and Justin. I can see and hear each of them.

Brandon is such a great guy and gives his love wholeheartedly, wanting Brian to make Justin happy. And it leads to Brian admitting to himself that he loves Justin. *joyful swoon*

They have found their "home" in each other.
