Oh, poor Brian. TAG

Author's Response:

Yep.

It gets worse. Try not to read while peeking through your fingers in fear.

I really do suck at reviews, but I wanted to let you know that so far I am enjoying this story.

Author's Response:

Short and sweet, not sucky. Thanks for the compliment.

Ted seems to be full of himself and dissatisfied all at the same time. Ted and Emmett are like two ships that cross in the night.   Ted's probably making a mistake by not listening to Blake.  Ted's not coming off in a good light right now.  Sending him back to Pittsburgh is the right thing to do.   Cynthia in charge, must burn Ted's chaps.  Brian giving Cynthia his office so she can keep an eye on what matters most to him, does that mean that Justin will be coming back?  Lindsay needs to have a conversation with Melanie.  You have their voices down pat.  Somehow I can't see it coming out good.  Mikey, as usual, trying to make excuses for Brian.  Brian wanting a child and having to leave for awhile, Justin leaving, having been pushed more or less off of Mt. Kinney.  When King Brian commands Emmett comes running, whether he wants to or not.  That's a real friend. Brian's made a fortune buying into other business and now he wants to buy into Emmett's.   Sounds like a win-win to me.  The shocker came when Brian passed out.  Emmett's coming in on this on the ground floor.  He's going to be an insider. Everett understands what's going on.  I'm glad somebody does.  Brian's dreams show that he's worse off than anyone would have expected.  Even his closest friends.  Emmett and Everett  seem to be getting along and just maybe Everett will learn what he needs to know from Cynthia.    I kinda like dissecting your story, there are so many layers.

Author's Response:

Good to have you back, as always. You are getting better and better at reviewing my work. Picking up on more and more of the subtleties. Makes a difference reading it a second time, doesnt it? You are doing a great job, as per usual, and I look forward to hearing from you again.

I like your dissection of my layers.
