Of course I cheated and read someone's comment on the last chapter about them not ending up together... Not happy about that! So I took a break, I know, stupid thing to do... After sleeping on it, as you can see I'm back.
I'm thinking maybe Brian is really a ghost, and that maybe since Justin wasn't part of his life in 2000, it's possible that he didn't survive the scarfing incident... I know, just read the fic... ha, ha, ha...
