While I've other stories of yours, I haven't read this one. I barely have the words to express in all  honesty. My emotions are all over the place, I kind of felt I needed to walk away for a bit before I reviewed it, but then I didn't want to forget. I also wanted to have it fresh in my mind as I wrote. I actually did get up for a smoke while reading this, just to get my thoughts together and my emotions back in place. 

Heavy angst aren't always my first pick to read, especially ones that involve abuse adn rape. glad i read this though. You did a wonderful job of it.

Everything that Justin was going through was so ncredibly heartbreaking. Between the PTSD from teh bashing and even more heaped on him from his time with Ethan, it's no wonder he ended up on the streets, thinking he seserved everything he got. That and everyone turning away from him just made him believe it even more. Was so relieved that Brian finally found him. Got him back to the loft and eventually got him talking. I admit I glossed over the abuseive parts, so I may have missed this, but you had Michael and Ethan talking on the street, (as seen by Ben) Have they been in cahoots all along or did he just go seek Ethan out after being at the loft? 

the  fact that Michael is so unapologetic, even proud of telling Ethan is nauseating. completly reprehensible. Am glad that Brian is so unforgiving. shame that the others didn't see it immediately. and that even afterwards, some are still being dicks. (the girls) Shame that so few see Micheal for what he is. thakfully Ben say it soon enough and left him. That should've clued the others in. At least Deb seems to be on board.

so glad I read this. It really is beautifully written. Stories that take me on an emotional journey are always something to enjoy.

This was great dark, angsty and intense. I felt so bad for Justin, and so proud of Brian. After everything they've been through, I know they'll make it for the long run...

This is one of the first stories I read in the fandom and it was chilling. I don't think I've ever hated Ethan more. Glad you're posting it here!
