I really enjoyed writing from Justin's POV for a bit. But I hesitate to do it too much. He's so unsure of himself right now and feels so subjugated that he doesn't even have a voice. Not a literal voice - which is why he won't speak - or even a figurative voice - as in the story being told from his POV. But I had to let him have at least this one chapter to explain what's going through his head, because Brian's still clueless, despite doing his best and truly caring for the kid he's wound up with. Does that make any sense? LOL. Glad you liked it though.

Coming back to your reply to my last comment, I think you are doing a great job in showing the broader context of how ugly PC trade is, even if some chapters are more focused on Justin personally. But Justin is not the only PC, and relatively lucky at that, and in the last chapter I liked that you described the black guy, it was heartbreaking to read about him. It would be great if there were some more PC characters (except for Justin) developed. You are doing a great job and make me think about a fandom story again during my day :) Thanks!

On a more happy note, Brian protecting Justin by keeping him next to him at all times and Justin comforting Brian in the bathroom was so sweet and heartwarming. As much as I dread chapters like this (and I know there will be many) I'm hanging in because I know you will make it all right in the end. Thank you for the daily updates😊
