Glad you enjoyed the story. Those two really need to realize how friends act, and it's certainly not how they act, especially toward Brian. They treat him like an unwanted stepchild with an unlimited bank account for their personal use. Ted and Emmett treat people like they matter to them, not like possessions.

Aah, this was so good! I love me some stories that 1) expose Michael and Lindsay for who they are. 2) Michael's hateful comment comes to light to the family. I'm just sad Ben, Hunter, and Mel had already left and didn't get in on that revelation.
Was there enough there to get Michael's rights taken away?
But unfortunately, we never got to have Ethan getting a smackdown for the part he played in this. SEQUEL???
Todd is a good friend. I like Todd, and I always like him makng a special appearance in stories.
But on a side note, I do wonder why you put commas at the end of some of your direct speech sentences, when there's no - 'he said' to fnish it off. It kind of throws off the reading. And maybe that's a personal thing after having taken two writing classes.
But I did love the story, and would love to see it explored further.

Cathy, I realized that I need to do one more chapter to get it all wrapped up. Everyone will get what they deserve, some will be good and some will be bad. As for the grammer mess ups, sometimes I don't catch all of them when I do the final edit because there are times I change some things and forget to change others. When I go back and read the story again after it's posted I try to get everything I missed. Believe me, I hate when I miss the simple things the first time. ~Lorie

Deb realized that the son she gave birth to turned into someone she doesen't even want to know. Emmett is very protective of people he cares about, and the weasel has had it coming for a long time. Justin didn't deserve to be bashed and he certainly didn't deserve what the weasel said about him.

Reading the first chapter I wondered how Lindsay could keep such a secret to herself. Well she can't and runs to her partner in crime and their common goal of separating Brian and Justin to take a place they will never have.
I appreciated that in his jealousy and pettiness Michael repeated the horrible words he said in 301 and that everyone turned their backs on him. Beautiful story Lorie. Thank you.

The problem with Lindsay is she is still holding out hope that Brian will want to repeat their interlude this time sober and she knows that the 'Summer Madness' will never happen again.
She has been trying for years to get Brian to sleep with her but he is Quite Gay and Totally Not Interested.
Lindsay slept with Sam Auerbach to satisfy an itch that in her mind only Brian can scratch, before she convinced herself that Melanie was the female version of Brian but in actuality Melanie can't measure up and Sam was a poor substitute.
Brian and Justin can fight, break up, have sex with multiple partners and yet their relationship is closer and stronger than anyone else's because they love whole heartedly and don't care what others think.
I do wonder if Lindsay can keep something that juicy to herself??
I don't see her jealousy of Justin not forcing this tidbit out in front of Michael so he can freak out.
Anytime Brian and Justin can have Hot Amazing Sex is Always Good lol ;)

Sam was definitely a poor substitute for Brian.
Mel is lacking what Lindsay really wants.
Brian and Justin are soulmates and very much in love with each other.

I loved how Brian lets Lindsay know that Justin was calling and that he was ready for what he just shared with her.
I would have love to see her face hearing that confidence; jealousy (Justin also can "control" him), envy (Justin fucks him regularly), contempt (he trusts Justin but dares her to not shut her mouth) and disappointment (what happened long time ago is not gonna happen ever again: he won't fuck her anytime soon).
