One of the things I love about this story is you show mean and bitter people how they don't have to be mean and bitter. Jack started the downward spiral and you have to wonder if Joan was responsible. However, that said, people who are used to feeling that way will slip back into it at the least provication. Brian will have his happily ever after because he's broken the chain. Others may not.

This chapter is totally about the artist Kinney. Finding paintings in a root cellar gives ideas for many chapters. I remember the good and the bad that came from this and enjoyed each and every chapter.

Poor John. He's going to miss Bobby like crazy. I know it will be hard to be apart but it will be worth it.

So now we have the story of Brian's sister and her two devil spawn. Those boys are even worse than I remember. I like how you call the oldest Little John, it is a good way to distingish between the two Johns. Having two Claires could be a problem as well. And we get a hint of another Sunshine File adventure.
