Oh my God this chapter really tugged at my heartstrings. It's just breaking my heart....poor Brian! Gut-wrenching...the passage from The Lost & The Damned was very good writing but so random. I was like...what?! Lol talk about angst! Yikes! Looking forward to the next chapter. Please tell me that Brian is going to get his eyesight back?

Hi Ladies,
This is another great update. I feel really bad for Briand Justin. This so new to both of them and Brian really doesn't know how to deal with what's happening to him. Although Justin understands better than anyone what Brian is going through because of the bashing. Brian and Justin both need time to process what happen. Brian is going to lash out a lot. He is going to need Justin, But he isn't going to want to depend on Justin because they are broken up at the moment. They are going to need to deal with that. I love the fact that Justin had Jennifer come and sit with Brian, and she was mothering him. Brian is also going to need a lot of love from his son. It will be interesting reading how everyone else deals with Brian possibly being blind. I would love to read more scenes of Brian and Jennifer too. Please post more soon!!

Sally & Annie, I've been planning to read the first chapter of your story, so it seems fitting that it's the first one I try on the new site.
Wow, does this first chapter ever pack a punch! I felt like I was right there at Babylon, suffering the effects of the bombing with Brian, Justin, Jennifer, and everyone else. I wanted to vomit, seeing Todd without a leg.
Of course, I'm terrified for Brian, who's apparently mostly blind. I flashed back to the bashing when Brian claimed to be Justin's partner and rode in the ambulance with him. Now, it's Justin's turn to take that role with Brian.
You've pulled me completely into this bombing AU. I'm not sure I can say I'm looking forward to the next chapter, but I certainly want to know what happens next, how their love for each other helps Brian and Justin cope and move forward. I want to hear about the rest of the family, too.
