It seems that Michael still doesn't believe in B&J: too bad for him as it's real and everybody else is seeing it.
The panic attack was also real and I understand why Brian would think like that; he doesn't think he deserves Justin nor to be happy with him.

Brian feels he's tempting fate, but Justin managed to talk him out of it. Brian buying the building on Tremont will come in handy for a whole bunch of people.

I was waiting for Brian's queen out over the wedding. I'm glad Justin was able to talk him down.
Michael needs to get over himself. Either be happy for them or just go away.
