I'm not sure Brian will be happy to have drums nearby his loft, even if he doesn't go there often anymore; on the other hand, he might agree to have somebody he knows around his almost empty building.

At least Emmett gets a new apartment. I'm not sure about Ted and Allen. If you don't feel it when you step in its usually not right.

So much goodness. It's nice to see that Brian not only can cook but he has a talent for keeping little ones attention that most parents don't. Looks like plans are in the work for Emmett to not just have a new apartment but a new man in his life. Then there is Ted who is finally seeing the real Brian and not the one that Michael insisted he be.
