Ha ha ha, the last part is so funny: Justin asking Brian to shut up! That's quite a first.
The reminiscences of Brian firing Justin just fired them to have a little playtime, not so little if Gus has been able to prepare the chicken.
The harassment part was not funny at all and Gus did the right thing. Brian reacted the best way possible and Ted helped Gus to explain what happened.

The beginning is hilarious!!! Bree and the doors "bad, bad doors" and then gar-gar with "now grow, you fucker"! You should put a warning at the beginning, to avoid drinking or eating while reading this. Just for the screen's and keyboard's sake.
It was a great decision to take Gus to NYC and another one to get him interning. I doubt Mel will be OK with that: too much time under Brian's influence.
