Go, Jenn! That was exactly what I was thinking too. And, I was also thinking that Molly & Sarah need to canvas the rest of the girls in school. I bet there's someone else out there that they've done this to who was just too intimidated to talk. Maybe if Molly goes public and people know she's willing to fight - and she publicly asks for other victims to come forward - I'm sure they'll get their witnesses. TAG

So, seeing as Molly was smart and went straight to the hospital, I would think the physical evidence against the boys would be pretty huge. I doubt they were careful about it - worrying about the consequences is not really part of the gang bang mentality. I doubt think a lack of eye witnesses would be that bad, if you had some dna proof. That, along with the dr's testimony about the extreme trauma, should easily negate their claim it was at all consensual. If I were prosecuting this, I'd say it was a pretty damn good case! TAG
